How is this different from a traditional CPA firm?

Why do you price as a percentage of revenue?

Because it's the only model that's truly aligned with you. Hourly billing punishes you for asking questions. Fixed retainers feel right one quarter and wrong the next. A percentage of revenue says, plainly: when you grow, we grow. When you're tight, we're tight. That's how partners price.

Are you a CPA firm? Can you sign tax returns?

KEZI provides tax planning, structuring, and preparation services. For attest work or specific licensed deliverables, we partner with credentialed CPAs. We'll always tell you upfront what we can sign and what we can't — no surprises.
